This very large remodel project included gutting the entire home. The home initially had structural problems and wood rot. We completely renovated the home, top to bottom, with a beautiful interior of Brazilian cherry flooring with concrete fireplace surrounds. The third story deck has all custom tile showers. The exterior is hardi-plank siding with ‘Ipe’ accents on the dockside of the home.
